The Raptor Bay Golf Club is an 18-hole course with over 67 yards and a par of 71 that also requires a daily fee. It’s given a 4.3 out of five stars and is located at 23001 Coconut Point Resort Drive.
The Bonita Fairways is located at 26740 Sammoset Way and is given a 3.5 out of five stars and includes 18 holes with over 2900 yards and a part of 58 requires a daily fee.
The other courses in Bonita Springs are private equity and non-equity courses. And equity course is where your membership fee makes you part owner of the course. If you leave the club or move you can sell your ownership to someone else. Equity also means you’re responsible for specific assessments that might come up.
In a non-equity club your membership fee is an initial fee and a membership fee every year. This type of course is typically owned by a company or corporation and used for profit. This type of golf course cannot be sold to another member.
